Charm Club Connect Link silver

We sell a mixture of items available through our sourcing service, as well as items available directly from us. Items directly from us will be labeled as ’IN STOCK’. This will dictate the delivery timeframe which should be clearly indicated on the product page. If you are unsure of the situation with any specific item, please feel free to contact us.

Packaging

All products will be presented in a jewellery presentation box. Occasionally a branded item will have it’s original box which will be shown in the listing. Items without original packaging will be sent in our own branded jewellery boxes.

Sizing

Many of our rings can be resized to fit any finger. Please ask for further details. All size, weights and stone qualities are taken from the included certification, where possible, and if not are estimates based on our experience and as such does not constitute a contract.

Deliveries

After we receive the full and cleared payment for the order*, you will receive an email acknowledgement from us with details of your order. Please check this fully including your delivery address as changes may not be able to be rectified at a later time. If you do notice an error, please contact us immediately. The item will normally be dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery is generally processed by Royal Mail (for UK orders) and UPS (for overseas orders), although on occasion, this may not be possible and another reputable delivery company may be used. Delivery is always fully insured and trackable. We are also open to requests for delivery to be made by other delivery companies but please contact us before placing an order to check as an additional charge may be needed.
