AGJ Delivery & Returns policy
At Almagrove Jewellers we sell a variety of jewellery, watches and accessories.
If an item is listed as 'IN STOCK', it means that we are holding stock of the item, and an item listed as 'MADE TO ORDER' or 'AVAILABLE TO ORDER' we are not currently holding stock of and would either need to be ordered through one of our suppliers or made by an in-house goldsmith. Both these categories of items will have an estimated time frame on the listing, so if you need an item a certain day we ask to get in touch and we can see whether this is possible for you.
Deliveries
Once you have made your order and the payment has been processed and cleared, you will receive an email confirming this. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the information given in the order is up to date and relevant. We ask that you check your details and delivery address and let us know if you notice an error immediately, as no changes can be made to your order or the delivery address once it has been dispatched.
Most IN STOCK items will be dispatched within 2–3 business days, AVAILABLE TO ORDER items will be dispatched 1–2 weeks, and MADE TO ORDER items will vary so we will disclose the timeframe on the listings themselves.
Most items are processed with Royal Mail (for UK orders) or UPS (for international orders). On occasions where either of these options are unavailable, we may possibly dispatch with another reputable delivery company. All deliveries are fully insured and trackable, with customers receiving an email with tracking information once the item is dispatched.
If we wish to use a specific delivery company, please contact us before making an order and we will try our best to meet your request (additional fees may apply).
Collecting in-store
If you wish to collect your order in-store, please let us know before placing the order so we can check availability and guide you through this process.
Orders already made via our website cannot be collected in-store and must be delivered via post.
Refunds & Returns
For change of mind returns for IN STOCK or AVAILABLE TO ORDER items we offer a 14-day no-quibble refund policy for online orders only. For in-store purchases we offer a 28-day return policy for store credit or exchanges only.
To return an in-store purchase you must return it within the return window with a valid proof of receipt. The item must also be returned in its original condition with all relevant boxes and papers from time of purchase. Failure to provide this will void any return.
To return an online purchase you must return it within the return window with the invoice or web order in the box with the item. The item must also be returned in its original condition with all relevant boxes and papers from time of purchase. The item should be posted back safely to us and is at your own risk, but we recommend tracked postage with insurance of the goods' full value, and retain your proof of postage. However, please note that we will only refund the item once it has been received and processed with us, and the postage will be non-refundable.
If a return is enacted by a customer for reasons of changed mind or buyer's remorse, with no fault or items not as described, Almagrove Jewellers reserve the right to refund only the proceeds received after payment processing fees, unless in the case that the payment fees are refunded by payment processors. Further to this, if a delivery fee was charged at time of ordering, this is also non-refundable.

Fraudulent transactions
If we reasonably suspect a fraudulent payment by any payment method, then we will not dispatch any goods and we will not carry out any refunds until authorised by our payment facilitator. This may involve us asking for extra information such as, but not limited to, identification or proof of funds.
Jewellery Repair Loyalty Scheme
Almagrove Jewellers' Jewellery Repair loyalty scheme shall run from 1st August 2025 until further notice. A customer must receive 6 official Almagrove stamps on a single Loyalty Card to be able to redeem for up to £40 off a jewellery or watch repair.
All 6 repairs must be dated after the 1st August 2025 and must have been completed and paid for by the customer to receive the stamp. A stamp is rewarded for completion of a sale on Jewellery Repairs or Watch repair.
*Only the original loyalty cards can be accepted, no photographs or photocopies can be accepted.
*This card holds no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Nor can any store credit or change be given if the total reward value is not redeemed. Reward value can only be used over a single transaction.
*The company has the right to withdraw this promotion at any time; continuation of loyalty card use is to the discretion of management.
*Watch battery changes are not valid watch repairs.
