AGJ In-store and Online Warranty
New Jewellery Warranty
All New Jewellery, Made-to-order or bespoke jewellery, unless stated otherwise, comes with a 1 year warranty from the day of purchase. This warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not include: fair wear and tear; wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party. The warranty will also be void if any alterations to the item are made by yourself or a third party, as well as if failure to use the product in accordance with the user instructions.
If a defect occurs within this time frame, then an item can be returned to us for a free of charge repair, and if a repair cannot be satisfactorily completed, then a replacement will be supplied.
Pre-Loved Jewellery Warranty
All Pre-loved Jewellery, unless stated otherwise, comes with a 90-day warranty from the day of purchase. This warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not include: fair wear and tear; wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party. The warranty will also be void if any alterations to the item are made by yourself or a third party, as well as if failure to use the product in accordance with the user instructions.
If a defect occurs within this time frame, then an item can be returned to us for a free of charge repair, and if a repair cannot be satisfactorily completed, then a replacement will be supplied.
Jewellery Repairs Warranty
All Jewellery Repairs, unless stated otherwise, come with a 60-day warranty.
If a fault arises from the work completed within this 60-day period, a further repair will be provided to fix the fault.
This warranty covers only the work completed by Almagrove Jewellers, not the entire item, and only applies to manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply to any defect in the products arising from: fair wear and tear; wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party; if you fail to operate or use the products in accordance with the user instructions; any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or any specification provided by you.
Outside of the 60 days, the warranty is no longer viable; further repair may be offered at the discretion of Almagrove Jewellers.
The Almagrove Watches One Year Warranty
All of the watches that we sell include our Almagrove 1 year warranty. We guarantee that as long as the watch is used in the way it is intended it will operate for the period of the warranty as it should were it a new watch. The warranty does not apply to any defect in the products arising from: fair wear and tear; wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party; if you fail to operate or use the products in accordance with the user instructions; any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or any specification provided by you.
Other Warranties for Branded new Watches may also be included with the item, and this will be the following:
- New Omega Watches — 5 year International warranty
- New Rolex Watches — 5 year International warranty
- New TAG Heuer Watches — 2 year International limited warranty, but extendable to 5 years if registered via their website
- New Swiss Military Watches — 5 year International warranty
These additional warranties are supplied directly by the brands, so to explore the T&C's of their warranties, please visit their websites. These begin on the day the watch leaves the Authorised Dealer that originally supplies the watch. This can vary per watch, so please ask for details if not indicated on the listing.
Fashion brand Jewellery / Watches warranty
We are authorised suppliers of numerous brands at Almagrove Jewellers, which each have their own separate warranties as disclosed below:
- Thomas Sabo — 2 year warranty
- Coeur De Lion — 2 year warranty and lifetime repair service
- Nomination — 2 year warranty
- Reeves & Reeves — 12 month warranty
These warranties cover manufacturing defects, excluding wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage or improper care.
Jewellery Repair Loyalty Scheme
Almagrove Jewellers' Jewellery Repair loyalty scheme shall run from 1st August 2025 until further notice. A customer must receive 6 official Almagrove stamps on a single Loyalty Card to be able to redeem for up to £40 off a jewellery or watch repair.
All 6 repairs must be dated after the 1st August 2025 and must have been completed and paid for by the customer to receive the stamp. A stamp is rewarded for completion of a sale on Jewellery Repairs or Watch repair.
*Only the original loyalty cards can be accepted, no photographs or photocopies can be accepted.
*This card holds no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Nor can any store credit or change be given if the total reward value is not redeemed. Reward value can only be used over a single transaction.
*The company has the right to withdraw this promotion at any time; continuation of loyalty card use is to the discretion of management.
*Watch battery changes are not valid watch repairs.
