WE WEIGH & QUOTE

We quote you a firm price based on the current spot price of gold. No obligation to accept. We stay competitive with our prices and will always keep our quotes fair. We may pay more than the gold price for diamonds over a certain carat weight, clarity and colour.

TESTING & PAYMENT

Each piece is tested for purity (9ct, 14ct, 18ct, 22ct, 9999 bullion) using acid or XRF testing — whichever is most appropriate. If everything tests well, payment is made on the same day — bank transfer or cash

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Please bring a valid Photo ID such as a passport or driving licence. We will set you up with a customer account when you first come in so that next time, as long as your ID is valid, you don't need to bring it. Please also remember to bring your bank details for payment.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE THE PRICE?

We use the live spot price of gold at the time of valuation, multiply by the weight and purity of each piece, and deduct a small handling margin. For designer, vintage or diamond pieces, we'll quote a premium above scrap where appropriate.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

No problem — the offer is firm but non-binding until you accept. You can walk away with everything you brought in, no questions asked.
