JEWELLERY REPAIRS

We offer in-house jewellery repairs from our highly trained master goldsmiths at our on-site workshop.

We provide a full workshop offering including alterations such as resizing, and repairs like re-building of claws and re-soldering of loops and clasps. We can also perform tasks such as cleaning, stone setting, and full refurbishments including gold, platinum and rhodium plating.

As well as this, being in-house, we can also carry out any bespoke tasks that you may have. Please enquire for more details.

In branch, we can estimate* for the simplest repair jobs whilst you wait but more complex work may need to be looked at by our goldsmith for an overview and estimate before proceeding. There is no charge for these estimates, and you are under no obligation to proceed at any stage.

*An estimate to repair is not a fixed quotation and may be subject to adjustment if the work required is found to differ from the original anticipated repair.
