Starry Starry night...

You will have seen the pictures of the Maverick Premier, with the Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Tom Cruise all stepping out on the red carpet. Stealing the show however were the star earrings Catherine wore, made by the Robinson Pelham.

White gold and diamond Tsar earrings are actually transformable; the top part can be worn alone as star shaped studs. They are also available in yellow gold, set with either white diamonds, pink sapphires or green tsavorites.

The Duchess has worn the UK jeweller’s pieces before of course, most famously at her Wedding in 2011. There she had custom made tiny oak leaves,, with pear-cut diamond drops and tiny suspended pavé-set acorns. The earrings were a gift from her parents, who also commissioned the brand to create earrings for the Duchess’ sister and mother, plus pins for her father and brother to wear on the big day. Oak leaves and acorns are part of the Middleton Coat of Arms.
