All the jewels at the 2023 Oscars

Did you see the Oscars? This year, amongst the usual beautiful, fabulous display of diamonds there were some absolute trends in jewellery starring there- and you can be sure we picked them out straight away!
Firstly EMERALDS - they are everywhere, and the Oscars just confirmed the fact!
Actress and singer Sofia Carson stole the show in the most spectacular necklace -

It's by Chopard. The necklace featured seven octagonal shaped emeralds totalling 122.49-carats along with 92.57-carats of pear-shaped, marquise cut, baguette cut and round shaped diamonds. Wow!!

Actress Fan Bingbing simply dazzled in square cut emerald earrings, which paired magnificently with the taffeta green sleeves of her gown. 

Secondly the serpents that featured in the BAFTAs appeared here too -

This is Angela Bassett in Bulgari High Jewellery diamond 'Serpentini' necklace and bracelet.

and Cara Delevingne wore a different Bulgari Serpenti necklace in white gold, adding earrings, a bracelet and a ring from the same collection.

 

Our very favourite piece was probably this diamond necklace by Cartier which featured a giant yellow sapphire. Worn absolutely perfectly by Deepika Padukone.
